Lee Ann is your Lead Coach for Recalibrate for Impact. As Founder & President of Limitless Actualization she helps overstretched professionals, leaders and teams convert uncertainty into increased energy, focus, clarity, meaning and impact swiftly and efficiently at the individual, team and organizational level. Lee Ann is particularly known for building the Deeply Human™ leadership skills necessary to create results, no matter how volatile the world. When she's not coaching, leading executive leadership team offsites, you can find her spending time with family in both Arizona and Barcelona, Spain, balancing her love of red rock hikes and Mediterranean food and culture.
